Description

The aim of this course is to allow participants to become autonomous in the practice of sport climbing (one pitch routes). Each participant will be taught a set of simple techniques that will guarantee enjoyment in rock climbing and in a safe way.

Pre-Requirements – Introduction to Rock Climbing Course does not have any requirements

- 8h of theory given in two after work classes
- 32h of practice given in two weekends

- Climbing presentation - Individual and collective equipment - String knots and security - Basic maneuvers - Giving security to the climber (from below) - Top-rope climbing - Climbing ahead - Rappel - Elementary sign repertoirer - Sketch and graduation
